1. Acceptance of terms

By registering an account, browsing this site, or using any paid service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.

2. Description of service

AURUM provides probability-model analysis, statistics and research on sports events for members' own reference. We are not a betting or wagering platform: we do not place bets on your behalf, hold wagering funds, or manage funds for you.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older to register, and must provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials; any activity under your account is treated as your own. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & payment

Plan pricing, billing cycle and inclusions are as shown on the Plans page at the time of purchase. Payment is collected by default via our official LINE account, confirmed manually by our team. Orders show a payment deadline and expire automatically if unpaid. Renewals stack after your current subscription's end date — no double-billing and no days lost.

5. Cancellation & refunds

Any order that is unpaid, or reported but not yet confirmed, can be cancelled from your account. Once a subscription period has been paid and activated, it is generally not eligible for partial or full refund; for disputes or system errors, please contact support for case-by-case review.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, bulk-extract, reproduce or resell content from this site, not to transfer or share your account with others, and not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts on reasonable suspicion of abuse.

7. Content & intellectual property

All text, model output, charts, logos and page design on this site belong to us or our licensors, for members' personal, non-commercial use only. Public redistribution or commercial use without our written consent is not permitted.

8. Disclaimer & risk disclosure

All picks, probabilities and analysis are provided for reference only; they are not investment or betting advice and carry no guarantee of any outcome or profit. Sports results are highly uncertain, and any decision and its risk are entirely your own. Use of this site by anyone under 18 is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date on this page will reflect the latest revision, and material changes may be announced separately. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court where our principal place of operation is located.
